一銭もかからない自己改善

時間は短くとも「上質の睡眠」を十分にとる。
食べ過ぎない。アタマもすっきり。
基本は笑顔。笑顔が解決することも多い。
まず、相手の話を最後まで熱心に聞く
背筋をのばす。姿勢もよくなる、血の巡りもよくなる。
きれいな文字を心がける、ていねいに書く
髪を整える
靴のかかとや底をきれいにする
あらかじめ、服のコーディネイトをいくつか決めておく
シチュエーション別に自己紹介を前もって作っておこう。
夢を言葉にする
子供にでもわかる言葉で説明する
汚い言葉やマイナスの言葉を使わない。
語尾まではっきり声に出す
グチを言わない、自分を卑下しない。
1日の終わりに自分をほめる
